• 1 Fresh Chicken (size according to your requirements)
• 2 Granny Smith apples pealed, cored and cut into segments
• ½ lb Streaky Bacon
• Glass of White Wine
• Glass of Brandy
• Paprika
• Fresh Lemon Juice

Season chicken with paprika and lemon juice, cover with streaky bacon and fill the cavity with the apple

Roast according to size and settings on your oven.

Baste with the wine and brandy, turning and rebasting every 15 mins

Serve with vegetables of your choice.
