Tasty Meatloaf

Serves 4

Pre-heat oven to 180C/350F/Gas 4. Grease a 900g (2lb) loaf tin.

Cook the mince in the oil then add the Worcestershire sauce. Cook for 6/8 mins then add the vegetables and puree. Cook for another 5 mins then turn off the heat.

Leave to cool for about 5 mins then stir in the remaining ingredients.

Press into the loaf tin, cover and bake for 45 mins. Stand in the tin for 5 mins before turning out.

Ideal served with a few new potatoes, broccoli and gravy.

Other meats minced work just as well.
