Serves 2
240g Lean Chump Lamb Chops or Leg Steaks
150g pack ready cooked Rice or Egg Noodles
1 tbsp oil
Pack of Stir Fry Vegetables
180g Jar ready-made Black Bean Sauce
Method
Cut the Lamb into strips. Heat the oil in a wok or large frying pan and stir in the Lamb. Cook over a high heat for 5 mins until the Lamb is almost cooked through.
Stir in the vegetables and heat through for 2 mins.
Tip in the jar of sauce and stir well, until everything is hot and completely coated with the sauce.
Add the noodles, separating them with your fingers as you put them in the pan.
Cook for 2/3 mins, mixing them through with the meat, sauce and vegetables.
