Seabird’s Recipe for Easy Fish Pie

Serves 2

Pre-heat oven at 180c

Place fish in large oblong baking dish.

Empty the soup into a bowl and stir in the mushrooms - then pour over the fish.

Sprinkle with garlic pepper and herbs.

Cover with the sliced potatoes then sprinkle with the grated cheese, finally sprinkle with paprika.

Bake for about 30/40 mins until golden brown.

Serve with Broccoli or any other vegetable of your choice.
