Citrus Pancakes

Sauce
Blend flour, sugar, eggs and milk until thoroughly mixed. Stir in the orange zest. Cover and leave to stand for 30 mins.
To make the sauce, put the cornflour into a small saucepan and gradually add the orange juice stirring all the time. Stir in the remaining ingredients and simmer for about 5 mins, keep warm.
Fry 2 tbls batter in a little oil. Cook on both sides.
Carry on cooking the pancakes, keeping the cooked ones warm.
Then serve the pancakes with the sauce drizzled over the top.
