| Breakfast: | 1 slice toast with any type of egg |
| Lunch: | 4oz cottage cheese, 4 ritz crackers, 1 tomato and 1 apple |
| Dinner: | 2oz any meat, 4oz cauliflower, 2oz carrots and 4oz any ice cream |
DAY 3
| Breakfast: | 1 slice toast with 1 oz cheese |
| Lunch: | 1 slice of toast with any type of egg and an apple |
| Dinner: | 4oz tuna, 4oz broccoli, 4oz beetroot and 4oz any ice cream plus 1/2 melon |
| PLUS: | Unlimited black tea/coffee AND at least 5 glasses of water a day |
