3 DAY DIET (To loose 4/5 lbs)

DAY 1

Breakfast: 1 slice wholemeal toast and marmalade
Lunch: 4oz tuna, 4 ritz crackers, 1 tomato and 1 apple
Dinner: 2oz any meat, 4oz broccoli, 4oz beetroot and 4oz any ice cream

DAY 2

Breakfast: 1 slice toast with any type of egg
Lunch: 4oz cottage cheese, 4 ritz crackers, 1 tomato and 1 apple
Dinner: 2oz any meat, 4oz cauliflower, 2oz carrots and 4oz any ice cream

DAY 3

Breakfast: 1 slice toast with 1 oz cheese
Lunch: 1 slice of toast with any type of egg and an apple
Dinner: 4oz tuna, 4oz broccoli, 4oz beetroot and 4oz any ice cream plus 1/2 melon

 

PLUS: Unlimited black tea/coffee AND at least 5 glasses of water a day
